Reading the publication
Public reading does not require an account. We do not collect newsletter subscriptions, reader payments, assessment results, or learner records. We do not embed behavioral advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
Hosting and connection data
The public site uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. Cloudflare processes connection and request information to provide those services. Optional application request logging is disabled in our production configuration; Cloudflare may process and retain service and security data under its own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Editorial access and publication records
The private editorial desk uses Cloudflare Access and authentication cookies. Editorial records include article content, attribution, approvals, corrections, and sponsor decisions. These records are retained as part of the publication’s editorial history. Database backups contain copies of editorial records and are restricted to the operator.
Email and other websites
If you email us, your message and contact details are processed by our email providers so we can respond. Publisher and sponsor links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. We do not control those sites.
Future services
Learner accounts, CE records, payments, or new tracking services would require an updated notice before introduction. Last updated October 18, 2026.
